ENGLISH COURSE PROGRAM

Do you want to progress in English effectively while respecting a reasonable budget?

We offer English lessons with the OME school, located in West London, which specializes in English lessons for foreigners. The pedagogy is adapted to the level of each one and a regular progression giving solid bases to the practice of the language.

Thus, you can choose to leave from 2 weeks and up to 3 months or more. It is not necessary to apply for a visa to follow courses in the UK up to 6 months of stay there.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

✅ No minimum age required

✅  You send us an email containing this information: Surname/First name, date of birth, passport number and passport copy, address, telephone number, specifying the number of weeks of lessons desired and your level of English (A1 to C2)

✅  Upon receipt of this information, we organize a simple interview in English

✅  You pay the 150 euros for registration to our agency (check or transfer)

✅  Your accepted file is sent to the school which validates your registration once the tuition fees have been paid.

THE SCHOOL

The OME school, accredited by the British Council,  has been based in North London since 1993 (about 30 minutes from central London), it is a “friendly” school where teachers are always available to help and advise on ideas for outings and visits to London. Joining the OME school is the guarantee of making international friends and sharing good times.

LESSONS

​

At OME, lessons include grammar, vocabulary, conversation and pronunciation. Listening, reading and writing practice is also included in the lessons. The school can also, on request, prepare you for the Cambridge exams and the IELTS test.

The teachers are committed to helping you get the most out of your course. You will have regular homework and tests to show your progress.

COURSE SCHEDULES

Morning classes last 3 hours usually from 9.30am to 12.45pm (including a 15 minute break). Afternoon lessons are 2 hours from 1:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. (no break). Evening classes are 2 hours from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (no break)

There are no classes on public holidays

BUDGET

​

✅ Tuition fees: depends on the number of weeks (from 2 to 12 weeks) and the intensity of the courses (4 to 15 hours per week) according to the table that you will find in our brochure.

For example: 4 weeks at 6 hours a day = £205

​

✅ Registration fee = £35

​

✅ Materials (books) = £15/35

​ TOTAL BUDGET FOR 4 WEEKS AT 6 HOURS PER WEEK

= 205+35+15 = £255 (€285)

​

✅ Certificate handed over at the end of the course = £20 (optional)

✅ AIS Agency registration fee = 150 €

​

HOUSING

​

On request, the school can help you find accommodation with a host family. The search fee is £30. Accommodation is offered in a single room for around £130 per week which you pay directly to the host family. On request, meals can be requested (plan budget).
