HALF PAIR PROGRAM

We offer the DEMI-PAIR program in the DUBLIN or MANCHESTER centres: 2 welcoming cities which receive students from all over the world every year.

It allows you to reconcile the job of Au Pair with that of English lessons in a renowned establishment.15 hours of work in a host family + 15 hours of English lessons per week at the BERLITZ centre.

The DEMI-PAIR program only concerns young girls; we refer young men to the LESSONS WITH ACCOMMODATION program. Thus, you are fed, housed in a host family in exchange for working with the children and you combine English lessons, possibly you can take exams.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Be at least 19 years old

​​ Have a good level of English (B1), an interview is carried out for acceptance into the program


Be available for a minimum of 3 months

Be mature, responsible and want to share the life of a family

Have experience in childcare

THE SCHOOL

You will take part in the "GENERAL ENGLISH" program in the form of lessons in the mornings or afternoons, for 15 hours per week. The duration of participation is at least 12 weeks; classes start on Mondays.You must arrive on a Thursday in order to participate in the Friday information meeting which will give you useful information on the Demi-Pair program.

LESSONS

The courses are in groups of 15 people, the pedagogy set up aims to strengthen all aspects of spoken / written English by providing an interactive environment in which everyone can develop their skills.

HOUSING

You are fed and housed in your host family (single room) and receive 3 meals a day. The family provides you with the transport ticket allowing you to go to your lessons.For any inquiries, contact us by clicking on the "go abroad" tab at the bottom of the page.
